Forms of Payment???
We do not accept insurance. If you would like to file insurance, we can provide a Superbill for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Forms of Payment … Cash, Credit Cards, HCA/FSA Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (there will be a 3% surcharge fee for all credit card transactions).

Scheduling Appointment???
To secure an appointment you will need to provide a credit card to hold the time slot, the credit card is not charged at the time of booking, only used to reserve the appointment slot.
If you are new to us, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.
***For Telehealth visits*** Payment is due 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may lose your appointment if payment is not received within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Cancellations???
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give Heart and Hands Healthcare a 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations and no call/no shows will incur a charge of $50.
