We do not accept insurance. If you would like to file insurance, we can provide a Superbill for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To secure an appointment you will need to provide a credit card to hold the time slot, the credit card is not charged at the time of booking, only used to reserve the appointment slot.

If you are new to us, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give Heart and Hands Healthcare a 24-hour notice to avoid a charge of 50% of your service fee for same day cancellation. If your cancellation is made online, please call our office to verify your cancellation.
