Telehealth Services

  • Telehealth services provide patient care and health services remotely using telecommunications (audio/video), enabling virtual visits with providers for a range of health and wellness needs, including mental health support, medication management, and chronic condition monitoring, all from the convenience of home.

What conditions can be addressed through a Telehealth visit?

Telehealth appointments can be appropriate for a majority of primary care visits, wellness visits and check-ups with your provider. Video visits are available for nonemergency medical conditions such as:

  • acid reflux (GERD)

  • arthritis, pain

  • athlete’s foot

  • bacterial vaginosis

  • cold sores

  • cough, cold, flu, or strep throat

  • COVID

  • diarrhea or constipation

  • eczema

  • erectile dysfunction

  • genital herpes

  • genital warts (HPV)

  • gout flare

  • motion sickness

  • nausea and vomiting

  • period cramp relief

  • pink eye (conjunctivitis)

  • premature ejaculation

  • quit smoking

  • seasonal allergies

  • sinus infection

  • spider/insect bites & stings

  • urinary tract infection

  • vaginal dryness

  • vaginal yeast infection

  • weight loss management

  • medication refills (anxiety/depression, asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, migraines, etc.)

How should I prepare for my Telehealth appointment?

  1. Download the Zoom app for FREE on any mobile device or computer. The device must have a microphone and camera with the ability to connect to internet or use data (LTE).

  2. Answer the reminder call a day before appointment to ensure app has been downloaded properly.

  3. You will then receive a link to enter the Zoom meeting with a provider at your appointment time.

  4. Find a quiet, private place to talk with your provider. 

  5. Start and test your device a few minutes before your appointment.
